Pricing Caused Photos and Galleries to Disappear...

Hi...my website link is: http://photos.visualvoodoo.com/

I tried updating my pricing for my portfolios and now I have some issues with links to photos or albums. Some galleries appear to be fine(i.e., "11/22/09 - Karibbean Breeze Farm" and "Landscapes"), but I can no longer click on "Most Popular Photos" or on some of the albums (i.e., "People", "Macro" or "Animals"). They worked before, now they don't.

What I did to change the pricing was choose my "Landscapes" gallery, selected "Portfolio" at the top, set my prices, then I selected "Save Pricing". After that, I have the problem that is currently occurring...no photos with some gallery links. What happened? What do I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

David

    Hi,

It's me, Lindy. I replied to your email as well. As explained, I was able to see your galleries, popular photos and pricing well, in Firefox and IE on a PC, as well as in Safari on my Mac. I checked in Firefox on my Mac, and it's all good, too.

Please check your javascript first: http://www.smugmug.com/help/supported-systems

And if that doesn't do the trick, can you please try clearing your browser cache, and see if that solves your problem? Help is here, if you need it: http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies

If things don't go right for you, please email us back at the help desk. We'll need to get more detailed information about your browser and operating system.

    Thanks, Lindy

Hi Lindy...thanks for the quick response.

Still not working for me using the Safari browser. I tried the Firefox and it was working (gasp). Of course I cleared the cache and went to your help link to click on the other offsite help links. My browser passed Boston University's test...and yet I still am having the same problem. Any other ideas? I did make sure that javascript and cookies were enabled.
