Reviewing order - crop problem

I don't usually upload original files to save time, but after someone places an order I then go back and "Replace" (on the order page) the photos with the originals. Afterwards I like to go back thru and check the crops on all of the photos. I check the first photo of the order, save crop and then use the arrows to advance to the next photo in the order. For some reason on my last two orders while checking the crops I keep getting stuck on the 2nd picture of the order. I save the crop and when I click the right arrow to advance I keep getting the same picture over and over. Not sure what is going on. I then have to go back to the order and click on each photo individually to check the crop. Any ideas??

Thanks

Stephanie

    Hi Stephanie,

Can you let us know the order # that this is happening on? Can you also let us know which browser you're using, just in case that's a factor?

    We'll check it out!

    Steve-
It happened last night on order #1452328 (it got stuck on the 3rd px) and then last week on order number 1444417 (can't remember exactly which px but it was one of the first few). I was using my home computer at the time which has the latest version of Internet Explorer. Thanks

    Stephanie,

I have been able to replicate your problem. It is a bug. I have reported it to the programmers.

    Thanks for pointing it out.
