There is a wheat field next to me that is irrigated. Sometimes the water stands in pretty large puddles and ducks float in the water, and hide in the wheat.....This guy must have decided I had gotten to close, and headed out.

    This hits so many marks.
    1. The composition (the angle)
    2. The light
    3. The processing

Azzaro, I am always amazed at what you are able to find practically in your backyard--You have a great eye in that you see beauty in so many things.

    +2.

The BG takes a neat bird shot to the next level.

Edit: I just realized this is the third time I've made comments specific to your backgrounds. You're really good at using your BG's to enhance your focal point.

    Hi Gary,

Very nice. Someone was telling me about a really good stock agency to deal with. I'm going to get that name again for you. A shot like this is perfect because it leaves so much space for printed verbiage and yet the power of the image is never lost.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thanks Tom for the comment....and the continued interest in my photography. A name of a stock agency will be a big help......azzaro:D
