An interesting subject, and I think I'd have focused more on the individual bits. I realize that you've shown an overall view, but I think I'd have tried to concentrate more at the individual pieces.
The textures in the wall, windows, and holes are full of potential.
I'm not sure if you've applied any post-processing (HDR does absolutely nothing for me!); it seems to me that there's not much detail in the shadows, and the sky is somewhat bland and boring in your picture… …and there's some vignetting going on…
I like it from a distance. It really lets one see what's around this building. Up close photos would never let the viewer really know what this building is all about....but.....This place is a gold mine if you can get in close
Hope you have the chance to do that and add a collection of photos to this photo showing what's happening up close.
