Quick Way to Duplicate Pricing?

I have a friend who's signed up for SM and he needs to duplicate my pricing. The problem is that there isn't an easy way to do this that I can figure out. It's become a real problem as I've wasted hours trying to get my pricing into a format that I can email him. Anyone have a quick solution?
