Safari vs Firefox - Administration functionality different

I logged in this morning as the administrator but can't seem to get the admin functions to work while in Safari.

On the other hand, Firefox is showing me 'too' much. For example, the thumbnails (feature photo) for hidden galleries are showing up when there should not be any at all. I would rather not have them showing.

Sometimes I'm logged in as the Administrator in my own computer when I'm showing clients selected works. Rather than logging into each gallery with a password in their presence. That is why I selected no thumbnails for all protected/unlisted galleries.

This is not going like the way I had planned.

Who's the smarty pants at Smugmug who went to make these changes? Can you please not do these things. There is a reason why people select how they want their galleries displayed.

Not happy right now.

we fixed it for safari, it'll go out in a release today. Stay tuned and I'm sorry you're unhappy, it's just a small bug, we're sorry!

It's a change with the latest release - they only show when logged in - logged out visitor still gets the locked graphic.

We're taking all feedback on it - thanks for yours, it's an interesting use case.

Thanks for taking feedback. But I really like to not have the gallery feature photo showing EVEN when logged in as Administrator.

Some galleries are 'very personal aka nudes' for some the clients and I don't want it showing up (not a hint) even when logged in as Administrator.

Sometimes you have to make on the spot gallery adjustments and log in in the presence of a client (during a proofing session).

I've been very happy with what was before ie a choice to have a feature photo or not have a feature photo. Please consider having that back.

    Thanks.

Looks like both the Safari and 'feature photo' issues have been fixed.

Thank you for the quick response and to understand Smugmug Pro user needs.
