Cute little girls, aww! iloveyou.gif

You might want to watch the skin tones .... the skin looks awfully red to me ne_nau.gif

And I can't really put my finger on it, it might me the poses, or the busy background (in some of the pics), but I think I'd just say "less is more" ... less patterns (4&5), less textures (the carpet in #1 doesn't do it for me).

Also, (not sure if you did - but ....) next time get some detail shots of the feet, hands .... AND it might have been actually better if the babies would have been asleep. There would have been less wrinkled foreheads (esp #3) & some of the expressions just don't do it for me ... ne_nau.gif

Oh and one more thing ... The photos look very soft to me. I don't know if that's because they were moving (shooting babies sure ain't easy), or if you were trying to soften their skin, but always have at least one thing in focus.

My 2 cents, hope you don't take it the wrong way, those are just *my* suggestions thumb.gif

    812858947_6jN4e-M-1.jpgThanks Angie!

Their room was a extremely dark red when I walked in the room I was thinking "Oh Great Red" lol.. They were also very jellow from being joundis <---- spelling.

I think the pics are alittle soft becuase my depth of field was alittle off, I should of closed it up alittle instead of trying to shoot at 1.8 :(.

I did get a shot of the feet, but I will remember to do alittle more...

wow I never noticed how busy the background of 4 was... That red and white is the bedsheets... and that red is the same color as the walls!... I probally could of cloned out alittle of the back grounds, I did some clonging in some of the other pics..

    Thanks again for the tips!

Yiiiikes for red walls ... ugh! BUT there is always spot-desaturation & other color correction you could do, so ... you could definitely still save them + seing how close up you got to them, there is no reason to shoot in an other room

I like the foot / ring shot. But it looks a bit too busy for me again (sorry being harsh today ). To me, the feet in the background are too distracting, you either have all 4 feet in the shot (in the foreground), or not. But the composition somehow doesn't work I knooooowwwww, it was probably a really hard shot to get as I'm sure they were moving a lot .... but again, next time I'd just take some more time and wait until lill babies are sleeping, and you'll see how cooperative they get all the sudden

    Casual observer.

    I like 'different' looking/styled portraits. 2 & 3 are tops IMO.
