Phottix Hector Live-View Wired Remote

Has anyone had experience with the Phottix Hector Live-View Wired Remote or their Wireless Live-View Remote? I am interested in using it on a monopod to get above crowds. There could definitely be some other uses also.

I am traveling to Mainland China and Hong Kong at the end of the month and I will try to get one there if it works O.K. I have the address of the Hong Kong distributor.
