What Is A Ticket And How Do I Find It

Hi I asked a question to help desk and got a ticket #, That has never happened before and I have no idea how to check it or where to go to check it. I am guessing it is in this forum somewhere but can someone let me know.:dunno

You will get an email reply, when the hero's are awake and back on the desk. No need to look anywhere but your email inbox!
