Tribute to spring

The norm, on the first day of spring where I live, is to be inundated with snow and digging out from the annual St. Patrick's Day blizzard. This year has been exceptional. Although we've had our share of winter, it's generally been relatively dry and, for the past two weeks, abnormally balmy. Most of the snow is long gone.

Yesterday Hoover (my dog) and I set out, in the +10C temps, to capture images appropriate to the vernal equinox. C&C always appreciated.

For anyone with nothing better to do today and looking for a light read, feel free to check out other images and commentary on my website at http://imagesbyceci.com/Images_by_Ceci/Random_Thoughts/Entries/2010/3/20_Its_officially_spring.html

What a fun series, Ceci! Looks like you and Hoover had a grand time. I am so glad you got a touch of spring--I know you are tired of the coldness of winter.

    Cheers,
