Headers and galleries

I guess this has been asked oooh, a thousand times and it's a specific tutorial somewhere but I'm now going round in circles looking for the answer!:scratch

I am setting up a Scout Groups' website and want to do the following:

Have a Beaver, Cub, Scout, Group, Directions & Scouting Skills header into which we'd put specific photo galleries eg, In the Scout one we'd have sepearte galleries for any camps special evenings memorable events etc. Obviously if we don't there's going to be hundreds of galleries in a loooong list with no theme.

You can easily do this by using categories and subcategories. You'll want to set your site to display by categories instead of by galleries.
