Tree-Fish Fly buggy thingy!

I don't know what it is is yet - but it walks fast, flies every few seconds, and lives on the Leylandii at the side of the house. Kind of looks like a fishes head - a cat-fish perhaps, but most definitely a bug that just never seems to stay in one place. Having said that, there are dozens of them, and some of them are brown instead of green.
