How to achieve this collage

I was just wondering if anyone here knows of an easy way to create this effect.

It looks like each picture was modified to meet the over all pictures requirements for that section. So im thinking this might be possible in photoshop.

I really like the effect.

I think I will try out the andreaplanet one first since its free. If it does what I need and well, I will probably make a donation to them.
