I have sent a few test emails through a few days ago and they still have not reached my inbox. Also, my bio photo won't show up on the contact form, but it does show up when I post a comment on someone else's site...

    I see a photo- and have you checked your spam filters?

    Go here https://secure.smugmug.com/homepage/settings.mg?settings=bio and remove bio photo then go to the photo you want to use, and choose bio photo (Tools>This photo).

    Try sending an email from a non-logged in browser or another computer.

    Ok, tried it on a not logged in browser, still no change in the photo (can't say I'm surprised as I have done those steps a few times). Just sent the email from ie and haven't gotten a response. I'll let you know if that changes...

    That's strange because when I leave a comment on someone's gallery, the image I chose as my bio photo shows up. I'll try setting it again though...

    I just tested the contact form and it works fine on my site.

    Maybe something wrong in your customizing?

    I have no clue what it could be in my customizing. I got the code from J Allen and it works fine on his site too... Not sure what I would have done to interfere with the contact form...

    Andy I really need help with this. I'm not the only one with this issue either, there's a thread in the customization forum about it as well. I have no clue what's wrong with this but I need to figure it out soon or lose sales. Please help me out...

    Try this in your CSS to get your form to better show your image, I sent you a test message also....

    #contactUsPanel_c {
        z-index: 999999 !important;
    }
    #contactUsPanel_h h1 {
        display: none;
    }
    #contactUsPanel {
        width: auto;
        height: 570px;
    }
    .contactOwnerLeftcol .photo {
        width: 180px;
        height: 230px;
        margin: 0 auto;
        background: url('http://shutterbum.smugmug.com/photos/811240833_vKeoE-O-1.png');
    }
    .contactOwnerLeftcol .imgBorder {
        display: none;
    }

    I actually feel rather silly now because I took the footer off, and it would seem that the image works, but the contact part doesn't... Do you think you could give me the code you gave me before for the form, maybe I deleted something on accident?
