I don't see a connection here. There is nothing about the two young men that seems to have anything to do with flu shots.
They're doing something, and doing it in front of a flu shot sign, but the photo doesn't connect the young men to the sign other than juxtaposition.

Had you not titled it "H1N1", and cropped out the sign, you'd have a decent photo of an argument, a discussion, or a lover's quarrel.
