Subcategory Page Save Button Not Working

After the last upgrade, the "save" button for gallery name changes on subcategory pages stopped functioning. The "cancel" button still functions.
Both buttons on gallery pages as well as changes in the gallery settings pages are working normally.

EDIT: Sorry, I may be wrong on the name of the page. It's the page that lists all the galleries for a specific subcategory.
