video preview image won't replace

I have tried many times. Double-checked the size of the photo on my C drive (its 1920 x 1080), tried 2 different photos, and even resized them to the same size, to get new versions, but the replace won't "take." A few times, it appeared to start uploading, but returned me to the gallery page with no change. A few other times, it appeared to begin to upload (I saw a java message at the bottom of the window and "loading" at the top), but then I got that message on a blank page that is the only one I know of that indicates fail:
Oops! This link appears to be broken."

EDIT - to say the photo sizes are under 200 kb.

It says RGB/8, and yes, jpg.
I don't know what srgb is, and there doesn't seem another choice in the RGB family, in PS.

I just tried it again this morning and 'no take', this time didn't give me the blank page, only returned me to the gallery.

It's still happening
I know I've seen others have this problem, and it still continues for me, now as 3 videos I can't replace the image for. They are all 1920 x 1080, all srbg, jpeg, all re-sized to double-check, even re-made the snapshots, triple-checked the sizes. Until now, I have never had trouble replacing the images, where I've used the same method for all of them. In contrast, I was able to replace a non-HD video image, so I wonder if the problem is with 1920 x 1080? These are the 3 problems now:

There appears to be a bug. I have the programmers looking into it. Hopefully we will get it fixed soon. Sorry for the trouble.
