Problem with exporting from Lr2 to CS3

Lightroom 2 used to present me with the following dialog box:
It no longer does. It just immediately opens the image in CS3 with all the Lr changes already applied. Why am I no longer being offered the choice? I see nothing under Preferences. I'm wondering if I accidentally struck a shortcut key that turned it off.
I'm so frustrated.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
