Customer wants to change his order from metal to luster

He ordered yesterday. The order is still with me; I have not released it for smug mug to print yet. Now he wants to change some of his photos to luster. Is that possible?

    *ALWAYS* email our heroes with order stuff. Please don't do it on dgrin - it usually involves stuff for you only, and also the heroes answer fast - Dgrin is a community support forum monitored by heroes but we don't promise any response times here (though we're pretty fast on Dgrin, too!)!
