no photos to display message

When I click on my latest gallery, I get a message like "this gallery has no photos to display."
If I log in, then I can see the photos but if anyone else goes to the gallery they get the above message.

What did I do wrong?

    guess it's corrected now
    I was looking at the page on another computer not logged in and it gave the same message.

    But when I checked again just now it was fine.

    Guess it was just one of those things!
