WTB: used canon 5d or 50d

Hi all, I am looking to upgrade. I have on old film eos 650 and a 10d. Both have served me well. But the 650 died. Boy what a good camera!! And I am looking to upgrade to a 50d or a 5d used. I would prefer 5d because of the full fame. I have 50mm 1.8, 135mm f2 L, 70-200mm f4 L. and I am doing my sons wedding this summer and the 10d will be the backup. Thought or recommendations are welcome. Or if anyone knows of a 5d or a 50 d PLEASE let me know.
