HDR Portrait

A local metal band wanted me to do some shots for them and they like the gritty look of some of my HDR shots. I wouldn't normally turn to HDR for shooting people, but for these guys, I think it worked out...

Disappointed with AF of Tamron 28-75 2.8, me less happy.

Was this a multiple exposure true HDR, or a single exposure pseudo HDR?
Thanks,

@adbsgicom: I agree that it could look rotated when looking at certain perspectives. Billy, on the far right, really is that short. I should have put him on the uphill side (left). Todd (sunglasses, back right) is pretty tall and I put him downhill a little to try to even things out. Rich (drummer, left) sits in a cave of a drumset away from the world during their gigs and felt a little attention starved, thus he tried to get as close to the camera as he could all the time and he was actually on the uphill side. He's not as tall as he seems.
In retrospect, I probably would have arranged them differently. When I originally cropped and straightened, I put a grid on the cables and the ones straight ahead are all vertical. But perspective/barrel distortion may be causing the north tower to look a little curved.
Minor nits are appreciated, attention to detail will only lead to improvement!
@Kdog: This was a 3 shot bracket at 0,+2,-2 shot handheld with my 5D mkii through a 16-35 @ 26mm. Base exposure was 1/400 @ f8 w/ISO400. The captures were combined and tonemapped in Photomatix, processed in PS and fine tuned in LR.
Thanks for all of your comments!

And I was there where you took that photo like a month ago, told my friend I'd never seen the Golden Gate Bridge in person, and he took me over there to see it / get a pic.

Especially for a portrait. I haven't done very many "people" HDR shots. I really like the processing!
I'm going to guess "pseudo" because it would be hard to get people to not move at all, plus the shot with the traffic over the bridge.

No, he said multiple exposure, hand held. Pretty impressive, especially since the 5DMII doesn't have a very fast frame rate. He must have steady hand. Photomatix alignment features work pretty well too with the correct settings.
