Focus looks good, I have the hardest time with this kind of shot. Was that a high ISO and what lens was that?

Hi Phil.......Thanks for looking in........ The shot was taken at ISO 200 1/500s F4.8 The lens is a Nikon 80x200mm f2.8 on a Nikon D90 so it had a crop factor....The lens was set a 200mm........ azzaro

Not having a tight handle on all the acronyms my mind was not
so focused on BIF when I opened your thread. Was like being splashed
in the face with water.

I have been wanting to get a picture of one of these very birds. They
have such a beautiful red on them.

Nice job trying to get this one.
