I need a hard copy of my prices!

Is there any way to get a excel sheet of the current pricing I have? I can get something similar for the sales history, but nothing to show my prices. It's really cumbersome to have to enter a gallery so that I can look at what something is priced at. If I want to make a package, or do something like hand a price sheet to a customer, I have to copy it all by hand.

Not an unreasonable request I hope?

only way to do it, and the way i did it, is to go through your list and manually input them into excel - that's it...no "easy" way to do it...

Look through this forum for a thread called "Happy Birthday SmugMug" or something like that. The OP made an Excel spreadsheet with the prices from BayPhoto and some formulae so you can toy with markups, coupons, etc. Go down a couple posts for a link to the updated file.

Make a copy of it, delete all the sizes/finishes that you do NOT use, and the columns that you don't need. Fancy it up with fonts and colors and there's your price list (at least for Bay Products).

hmm. I'm using EZ, but that's an idea. Maybe I'll do something similar and post that.

SmugMug, I think this is something like this is so fundamental that I can't understand why it's not available. Pretty please? iloveyou.gif
