Proofing bug?

Has anyone else had this issue with proofing?

I just had an order come through (I have 7 day proofing set) and I went into the order to review and upload full resolution copies of the images but the order was already at the processing and printing stage.

It's never happened before.

I've emailed SM help with the details - I'm sure they'll take care of it. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one this has happened to.

    Hi,

    There are a couple of possibilities that might have caused that to have happen.

    If you'll please email us directly, with order number information, we'll take a look to see what might have happened.
