upgrading

Hi Guys:
I would like to upgrade my acct from the basics to the power acct,

1) how do i go about doing the upgrade?
2) My acct doens not expire till 5/11/2011
3) what are the procedures on doing this change

    Control Panel>Settings>Upgrade
    it's instant, and we'll pro-rate the rest of this year's upgrade fee, and charge you the renewal for power on your anniversary.
