Well the first one isn't macro, but here are a few I just took with my 100 macro and my wife's flowers (really we both benefit:D )

    Hate to say it- I prefer#1 by far- lovely composition and light.

    Thanks Brian. Me too.

    The others were the only semi-macros I took yesterday. A little interesting, but not pretty.

    I agree with Brian. The first one is an appealing shot.

    IMHO, it's hard to get good macro shots of the insides of tulips when the flowers are still largely closed up. The depth makes DOF a real problem, and the tips of the petals are distracting if you want attention on the anthers. It's easier to find attractive close shots once the flowers have opened further.
