Hi all:
I would like to know how toget rid of flareing when taking sunrise pictures can i use the patch tool or the clone tool..I am running cs3 on a win7 pro flatform any help would be appreciated very much fellas

Often will reduce the overall flare and give you more of a star effect...not sure that is what you are after.
If you do get some washed out looking flare increase your overall exposure and then increase your black point...will often even it out.
