I think cropping the guy on the far left would improve it. But there is nothing of inherent interest after looking at the two guys looking off to the right.
If you can go back there's a lot of potential in this choice of subject, I would stay there for about a half hour - after chatting with them, and try some more.
Isolate them from the background some more, get the three main subjects as the main attraction (they show the different generations and 'types' of artists so there would be be more 'point' in the picture.
You've made a good start though, it must be difficult to get a clear shot on a busy street. Were you wearing your Groucho gear when you took this? Is that why they were laughing?
