female Painted Bunting

I was hopeful that this year I would get some better photographs of Painted Buntings. In December this female Painted Bunting began showing up in my back yard, and I was encouraged knowing that soon she should attract some males to my yard. Well, it is almost April, and thus far this female has not attracted any males to my yard. Four (4) months and not one single male. She must be one crabby and nasty female!!
