So, I made my first purchase to this site. I've been looking at it for about 2 months now because of the variety and sales they run from time to time. I finally pulled the trigger on a backdrop. The order was processed and delivered in a very timely manner. However, when I got the delivery, I opened up the muslin and there was a big white splotch on the middle about where someone's face would be. It was approximately 3 feet in length.

I called them up, the person I spoke with was very helpful on the phone. She asked me to take a picture of the backdrop and email it to them so they could get approval from a supervisor to generate a return mailing label for an exchange which I sent last night. I will keep everyone posted regarding how things go. I was disappointed, but the person helping me sounded genuinely shocked that it left the warehouse in that condition since they check things prior to mailing.

All told, it's hasn't been a terrible experience since I generally order things way in advance of needing them in case of situations like these. If this was something I needed immediately, it would've been more of a problem obviously, but I try to stay ahead and order things with enough advance notice so I don't have to be in a panic state if things don't go perfectly.

I'll keep everyone posted if you are interested about this vendor. I'm sure this isn't the typical experience, however I rate a vendor more on how they fix the problems than the perfect scenarios.

Please do keep us posted and let us know how you like the backdrop in general, assuming they correct the defected product of course.

Thanks Ziggy. I'll shoot the backdrop and post later.

Never ordered from them but read reviews about them here. Doesn't sound so good.
