    Quite apart from the awesome images, I was struck by the dedication of the photographer. I tried to think of something that would get me out of bed at 3 in the morning, but I have to admit, the few things that occurred to me had little to do with photography. lol3.gif

    These are amazing. The photog is amature by definition only.

    Can any of our insect experts provide details or suggestions about where to look, what time, etc.? I've never thought about bugs sleeping much less seen one.

    Wonderful shots. I do know at least one macroshooter who prefers shooting at night but they are after spiders- apparently their eyes really glow when a torch beam hits them.
