    That's funny. It reminds me of smelt fishing. You are supposed to bite the head off the first fish you catch for good luck.

    Ben I agree it's a wonderful capture. IMHO getting more of his hands in the frame would make it even better..

    Your probably right, but this is one I can't redo :D
    Was walking back from shootin Egrets when I saw this boy and dad gettin ready to fish, turned and shot. The caption is exactly what I heard him say to his DaD!! That's my story and I'm stickin to it :D

    I think the frame is perfect as it is.

    Great DOF and color tones. Maybe there is a bit too much empty space on the left but the color is pleasing and I don;t find it distracting.

    The child's expression says it all.
