I needed a back up camera. I did want a Nikon. But since Im not too familiar with what body to get. I got a 10D that was barely used. Im going to have to say under 40 shots on it. The only thing broken was the pop up flash which I did not care for. My 9 year old son took this photo with the camera. For a cheap $225 body not bad. I did use a 16-35MM 2.8L lens.

I love my 10D, most of my friends think its a crappy camera cause it only has 6mp but I've taken amazing shots with it (some of which are on my site).

I do want your wide angle lens though, my 20-80 isn't covering it.

FWIW I took a workshop last summer and the instructor used a 10D.
