Favicon?

Hey all

I've been curious about this since beginning in SM about 6 months ago.
However I change my Favicon, it fails to show on other PCs. In fact, I've never once seen it the way I see it on my PC. Is this just the way it is?

I do love my favicon, just want others to be able to see it too!

I see it in Firefox and Safari and not in IE.
