Great subject matter, great color and great light.
I like the premise of the title, but I did stumble thru it. That could be me, though...

I love the picture--the colors are so vibrant and the men look like they are happy. Without looking at the title, I don't get a feel for the theme though.

I get the same feeling from looking at this. It's a good shot, but I have to work to get it to fit the subject matter.

The partial sun/partial shade doesn't seem to work that well for me, and even with the title I'm not sure it really works for the challenge.

The colors in the shot are really nice, though, and it looks like a great little moment of "the guys" that you captured.

Thank you for the comments and sorry for the late response - I'm traveling and it's a little difficult with the connection.

I see that I have to find another title, another photo or better both
