Yesterday I shot a prom. I uploaded about 100 pics. Today the parents are trying to buy them and all the photos are too small to even print a 4x6! I have been using SMugMug for months as a pro, no issues.
I tried deleting 4 galleries with over 600 photos but when i upload even one shot it is too small.
has anyone had this problem what can I do?
I am losing sales with every minute that goes buy. I have 50+ parents trying to buy.
Thanks!

You must be uploading small files - we don't recommend that, since you won't be able to have folks order prints. Upload your full-resolution files and then all items can be priced and bought.

and here's our minimum resolution for prints: http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality

My originals are huge, my upload settings are set t"Original" from Aperture. I've been doing this for months with out issue. I even tried uploading "50% of original size"

Are you a SMugMug pro?
I submitted a ticket to the help desk over an hour ago. normally they are really quick
totally off topic, what kind of tile are you using for your photo? love the eyes and sparkles!

Perhaps you set your Aperture plugin to make small versions.
Reupload the original sized files, and all will be fine.

Andy it is not on my end....
i cant add two attachem;e;nts heres one
this has never happened before
i deleted a bunch of photos to try to make more room
I just added the one i sent the screenshots for... again tiny result
Perhaps your Aperture plugin is not behaving like it should? Try uploading using MacDaddy or using our in-browser Simple Uploader.

I am closing my aperture and restarting it. But the photos i loaded yesterday are also tiny.
ill let you know when i have uploaded more... i will try to upload one from the loader in smugmug
no go tried aperture again
also found a file on my desktop and used the plain add photos option... both resulted in tiny files
But the reason for the problem is that you are not sending originals sized files to SmugMug - you're sending small files - which Aperture seems to be creating for you.
