    Love the photo - and the comment above about the very intrusive watermark - good fun there.

    But, I understand I’m placing myself at risk of being either banned or censured with the following...

    I have to say this is a prime example of one of the largest criminal scams being foisted by the US Government on the American public. The public subsidizing of the criminally negligent act of building on a known and well documented flood plain.
