We spent some time to choose the right point of shooting and pose to make glasses looking without reflections. Two flashes used here

Nice job, nice lighting, beautiful model…

…but did she do her own eye-makeup?

It seems to me that one half of each eye was overdone…

I'm assuming you're referring to her eyeliner? Putting eyeliner along the complete bottom of your eye actually closes the eye and makes it look smaller. Using liner only on the outer half is a common trick to open the eye up and make it look larger.

The portraits are beautiful as always, Yuri. Your lighting is always so superb.

    Ah…

    I never use the stuff myself… :D

…but your comments certainly make sense. I thought perhaps that might have been the idea, but I've never really noticed it before.

I agree that the lighting is certainly v. good!

Yuri - Nice work as always!

I like 6 the best...and in 7 the vignette works for me.

Would you consider shooting 9 from a lower angle? The elevated position seems to shorten her body, particularly her legs.

Beautiful set! I think I like 6 the best for the playfulness, but all the others are great too of course!
Street & Portrait because of the people. Landscape because it's pretty.
Disappointed with AF of Tamron 28-75 2.8, me less happy.
