Can I set a pro account so I can do my own prints for orders in the UK?

If I make print sales in the USA or elsewhere I would be quite happy for the prints to be done through one of the labs but if a UK customer orders it would make more sense for me to do the print and ship locally.
Can I have two purchase options, one for the UK and one for the rest of the world?
If so then Could I specify 2 pricing structures? One for lab prints in $ and one for "hand made" prints in £?
