The title can also be:

"Don't cut a bird's right to freedom"

"Don't cut a bird's right to fly"

or, it can be: "Freedom ends here" (?)

Interesting photo, the only title that works is the last...
I think that without it, it won't fit a theme....

I was asking this myself too - one explanation can be that this is in Mexico, where Cardinals are not common.

*I just read on Internet that in USA, keeping a Cardinal bird in captivity is banned.

I asked this morning the owners of the B&B where we are staying for few days, why are they doing this.

The answer was very simple and frank: they are enjoying seeing him and hearing him singing
* if they only could understand the bird's language... :cry
