**SOLD** Thank you.

I bought it new in December, 2007.
It has certainly seen a lot of use, but I have never had a problem with it!

If you're interested in this amazing camera body, then you know the specs. I love it, but I am upgrading to it's new older brother! I have not listed this anywhere yet- I thought I would offer it up to my fellow Smuggies!

All I want for it is a loving home... and $1,950.

I've got the original box and all of the equipment, cables, and disks that came with it. The one thing that is missing is the small screw-on cover for the "15-pin extension system terminal" on the side, but that's never been a problem for me.

I can take some photos of it, if there is serious interest.

Happy shooting!

Yes, by some measure that is correct. Trading in for a younger model? Uh oh, don't let my wife hear that!

I'd be glad to post some pics. I'll get those up tomorrow. Any idea how to get the true shutter count on these 1D bodies? I've read threads on this, and it seems like there isn't a straight-forward way. I read about some PC-based camera utility being needed, or something...

Cool...regarding the clicks I'm not aware myself - I believe certain 1D models can be checked by owner, and some may need Canon service to provide the count...

Dare we use your date range count from your smug site?
See attached..I did a range from Dec 1, 2007 thru current and got 17,900+

Need to factor in non-keepers also - but only you can complete that equation, wanna give it a shot?

ps: thanks for super fast reply!

    Ha! Love that idea.
My a hard, objective measure, I probably have 100 keepers total! Haha-
But, realistically, I probably delete 1 out of 20? So, the count should be around 18,7950... I bet that's really close!

    I'm confused...

Either you have your comma in wrong place or there's an extra zero at the end -

    Is it 18,795 OR 187,950?

    Big difference - please clarify!

lol3.gif Woops! Yeah, one or the other. I was just trying to multiply the number you derived by 1.05.

    18,795

Yes, I'm the original owner. Here's some pics of the body I just took. (The battery is at my office in the charger.)
