Playin' where the pros play...
Monster's team got a chance to play a game at the Joe before the CCHA Consolation and final game. Unfortunate that the Red Wings logo was missing for the weekend, but they had a blast:
1) Obligatory team shot:
2). 70-200 up close
3). Starting the break out:
4). Monster pushes the puck
4). Monster get the only penalty of the day....
5). Looks more official here:
7). ...but comes charging back...
Thus ends the season. Now I just have to deliver the 3000 pics I took this year and collect my big check....

Having the chance to play in a place like the Joe is awesome.
Nice photos!
They played after U of M practiced and before the consolation game of the CCHA.
Ian, the lights come on after you sell 200 tickets as a team...

I think the advantage we had was that we played on CCHA consolation and Finals day, with all the teams warming up all day....

My son played at the Joe back as a Mite and a again as a Squirt. Seems like a long time ago....he is graduating from HS this year.
I was coaching and not taking photo's back then so I have no photo's of my own.
