Art, I would use any version of Photoshop!

I am not sure if CS5 will be the godsend that you think it will be for this task - it will obviously depend on the image.

Many take two shots, one with and one without glasses on, then it is "easy" to drop in the eyes into the glasses shot if required/desired. Others get the subject to turn slightly to avoid reflections and they take a few shots to be safe from slightly different angles, also taking note of light sources etc.

If you have one "good" eye and one "bad" eye in a photo with glasses, then one can copy and flip/distort the good eye into position.

    Old
    Art,

I did a commercial shoot of 300 pair of eyeglasses and had images someone else did to fix - I couldn't find one. It's a pixel by pixel fix. The best thing is a cut and paste job from a photo of the same person and same glasses.
