Wildflowers HDR

Here is one shot from this morning's outing. It's a 3-exposure HDR, shot towards the rising sun. The lighter sky is not an HDR halo, it's the lightening sky from the sun. There was wind, but I decided to just include some of the movement in the flowers in this shot, and in other shots as well.

Enjoy!

Walter - The red ones are Indian Paintbrush. There are a couple of blue ones here, which are Texas Bluebonnets. I'm not sure about the purple or the yellow. There are red phlox around but I don't think there were any in this particular field.

    Thanks for looking!

Good looking images, Lauren! The foreground got a little blurry (I'm guessing from the breeze) but that's almost unavoidable HDR flower shots.

Thanks, Danny. There was wind, so that accounts for most of the foreground blurriness. Combining 3 exposures with windy flowers did accentuate the blurriness but I thought it was OK.

Thanks Lauren- a good looking group and shot. I don't see much Indian paintbrush together like that. Ours are kind of lonely.

We have lots of paintbrush here--some fields are completely red from them!

Very nice Laurenthumb.gif I particularly like the motion blur in the foreground.
