Cherry Blossoms from Japan

I recently picked up a Sigma 70-300 Macro lens and figured I'd test it out at Showa Park in the greater Tokyo area. The Cherry Blossom trees are in full bloom. This is my first time doing any kind of macro work. Please let me know what you think and any tips on improvement would be greatly appreciated!
