A few more sunflower shots, and no these are not all that I took. I wouldn't be that cruel to you all.

I'm not crazy about the sky color an not too sure how to get rid of the haze just a bit more. I do like the feel of depth here.

    Hi Chuck,
Most of my shots were centered around this building. These turned out to be some of my favorites, but thought I'd share some of the others as well.

    Thanks for your input,
    Chris

    Chris,
I really enjoyed these. I think if you just tweaked the curves a bit you could really make these photos pop.

    Thanks Eric,
I'm kinda seeing how most of them look. I shot these in RAW as well. I want to take my best, tweak it to it's fullest and enter it into KPOTD. These were jpg tweaks. My question here is should I go for more yellows. I kicked the reds about and still not happy with the barn. The truer color was a brownish red, kinda boring I thought.
I'm thinking I'm going to need to create some masks and tweak individual areas to get what I'm wanting. I agree, they don't pop. They did look better on my home monitor than this one.
I'll look at some of Rutt's tweaks and see what I can do.

    Thanks for the input,
    Chris

Hey Chris - super shots! I especially like the rusty barrel shot. Funny how all the blooms are turned away from you as if they were too shy to be photographed. :Dthumb.gif

    Thanks Dani, Angelo and Wally,
Sorry for getting back so late on this one. I spent the weekend in San Francisco and got back later than I wanted.

I'm looking at trying some things to kick these up a bit. Nobody could tell me why all the sunflowers were facing East. I'm not thinking it's because of the sun, but maybe the prevailing windne_nau.gif.

    Thanks for the comments,
    Chris
