Rockin' the Beard

The musician again. A shoot to commemorate the beard! We'll schedule another for the shave. I feel like this guy can't be ugly even when he tries. As I started processing these, I realized he looks like my dad did when he was a musician in the late 70's. Anyway, it was sort of a "day in the life" kind of shoot.

I think the first one is absolutely gorgeous. It is a flashback to the 80s.

Great set. Love that you've captured who he is...even down to the toes and jeans! Neat! My little bro has had his fame in the music industry so I have a soft spot for musician shoots! These are fab--love 2,3, and 7!

There's a little Eddie Vedder in the last two. Nice set.

Nice series, Caroline! I vote for the first and last, but I do like the one with the Wrangler jeans! Nice lighting in all of them. Are these for an album?

These aren't specifically for an album, but I did do an album shoot for him back in September. He wanted some head shots to send out to radio stations, etc. So, we started with some head shots and then just played around. He's a really interesting guy, and kind of goofy without really trying too hard to be a ham.

What a great set! I like your conversions and the variations in settings and comps. Are those glass-less glasses? Way to go!

Good series, like the first though.

Caught the "no glass" the first thing. :)
