No, there is no 100-400mm, f2.8 from any manufacturer that I know of.
Canon has the EF 400mm, f2.8 L IS USM prime lens, and at nearly 12 pounds it is among Canon's largest and heaviest production lenses. A 100-400mm, f2.8 would be even larger and heavier, and more expensive. Probably just no realistic market for a 100-400mm, f2.8 I'm afraid.
(I'm betting you know about the Canon EF 100-400mm, f4.5-5.6 L IS USM.)
