I almost never post here. I mostly post on another forum where I don't feel so inferior. But I'm feeling brave today.

    Those shots in the rain are great! I never go out in the rain to shoot but after looking at your shots, I might go out today. It's raining right now.

    I'm with Virginia, glad you posted! Very evocative set. Beautiful color.

    I like 827681606_UDg5N-S.jpg best of these, but it would probably have worked better if you'd gotten closer to the woman carrying the picture.

    These two:

    have a lot of promise, but both would have been better if you had aimed lower. This is a common problem, one that I have especially had to work hard on.

    I agree with Rutt, especially on the Trombone and Tuba shot. If only you'd gotten his hand in the frame. :cry I have to work hard at aiming down too.

    Yeah i agree. The horn players was a quick shot because there were so many people walking between me and them.

    And rainy days are great for pictures I love the lighting and the understated colors.
